Relocation as expatriate on a foreign mission is often challenging for employees, their families as well as the employing organisation. Sometimes the challenges are more consuming and demanding on the individual level then anticipated. By outsorcing some of the training, help and support the employee can concentrate more resources on achieving business goals. Training can improve the chances of success in both long- and short term relocations and international projects.
Expatriate Training and Relocation includes:
1) Employees and their Families, when leaving for assignements abroad
2) Employees and their Families, when returning back from assignments abroad
3) Services to Foreign Experts and their families coming to work to Finland and related to relocation.
We also train international teams.
All training is customer specifically designed together with the organising company into a relevant package. The training is either individal or in groups depending on the needs.
